Dublin revisited She already knew the place Where the spirit of music Fills the electric air Where green is shining And the sea and lonely Waters Mirror the Sky And as a pilgrim she went Once more to hear the music Where friends are warm and gentle As only Dubliners can be This time she saw the shining Mountains And a tower by the sea Indeed the green was shining And sky was in the waters Once more the electric air Filled the secret temple Of poetry.
